The Adria Hotel is a Art Nouveau-style architectural jewel dating from 1885, designed by famed architects Musch & Lun. The building was purchased by the Glatt- Amort family in 1983 and then was carefully restored and renovated, yet safeguarding its original features. The lift cage and the chandelier in one of the lounges, which belonged to Venice’s last doge, are particularly interesting and attractive. The hotel is situated in the heart of Merano’s elegant residential area, within easy walking distance from the town’s historic centre. It is surrounded by a wide park and retains the atmosphere of its Art Nouveau décor, yet it features all modern comforts and offers excellent services. Its Beauty Farm has wellness centre and spa, indoor swimming pool, four different types of sauna and fitness room.
