Nestled between the streets of the small town of Gaby, at the foot of Monterosa, Relais du Boucher is a structure created in the premises that once housed the ancient house and the historic butcher's shop (boucherie) belonging to the same family that now manages the historic relais. A place that still preserves the secrets coming from ancient traditions.
Ancient family home. Centuries-old soapstone stoves, eighteenth-century parquet and wood paneling, solid stone walls, wardrobes that keep long-lived secrets, typical wool slippers, skis and grandparents' boots ...
These are just some of the elements that we wanted to keep inside the old family home now transformed into a Bed & Breakfast .... but it wasn't just an old family home ...
The property has 5 particular rooms and an attic studio apartment. Some of them hide a little relaxing surprise .....
A rich breakfast will satisfy the sweet tooth ... in addition to the homemade desserts by the family cooks, the Valle d'Aosta cold cuts and cheeses will also be able to play their part! The ingredients used for the various preparations are mainly zero km from our orchard and from small local farms that supply fresh milk, chicken eggs, mountain cheeses, mountain honey, Valle d'Aosta apple juices and homemade jams.
A small selection of Gluten-free products will satisfy the most delicate palates. On request we prepare lactose-free desserts.
